In a candid conversation on the Las Culturistas podcast, the “Pink Pony Club” singer shared her experiences volunteering at a guinea pig rescue. “I volunteered at a guinea pig rescue for a year,” she recounted, expressing her deep affection for the animals.

Roan’s admiration for guinea pigs extends beyond her volunteer work. She has adopted four guinea pigs from a rescue during quarantine, noting how they provided companionship during that period. “I think they’re the cutest animals on earth,” she remarked, highlighting her enthusiasm for the vibrant online guinea pig community.

Her dedication to these small creatures is evident in her personal life as well. In 2018, Roan adopted guinea pigs from LA Guinea Pig Rescue, sharing on Instagram that she believed having a guinea pig would serve as a comforting reminder of home.
