Ariana Grande has ignited excitement among fans by hinting at a forthcoming deluxe edition of her acclaimed seventh studio album, Eternal Sunshine. The original album, released on March 8, 2024, delved into themes of love, loss, and self-discovery, drawing inspiration from the film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
On March 7, 2025, a day after the album’s first anniversary, Grande teased the deluxe edition through a cryptic Instagram video on the account “Brighter Days.” The video depicted items being burned in a box, leading fans to speculate that “Brighter Days” might be the title of the deluxe version. Notably, the posts on this account form an image referencing her music video for “We Can’t Be Friends,” aligning with the album’s original themes.
During the 2025 Oscars, where she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Glinda in Wicked, Grande further fueled anticipation. She hinted at the deluxe edition’s release but remained coy about the exact timing, advising fans to “keep your eyes peeled.”
She also mentioned that, despite her focus on acting, she plans to return to music in the near future.
While a specific release date for the deluxe edition hasn’t been confirmed, fans can pre-save it through a link available on her Instagram. This move suggests that the official announcement might be imminent.
In the meantime, Grande continues to captivate audiences both on screen and through her music, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the next chapter of the Eternal Sunshine era.
