June 22, 2026 – Radio 854 music news:
Pop star Rita Ora has opened up about her upcoming music, revealing that she’s feeling more excited and relaxed about the creative process than ever before.
The singer, who recently performed at the Isle of Wight Festival, is currently working on the follow-up to her 2023 album You & I. Speaking about the new material, Rita admitted she has been learning to put less pressure on herself and simply enjoy making music again.
“I can’t tell you how excited I am for this new stuff,” she said, adding that she’s embracing a more positive mindset and allowing herself to trust her instincts in the studio. According to Rita, stepping back from self-imposed expectations has helped her enjoy the process and appreciate her achievements.
The “Anywhere” hitmaker also shared one of her biggest career ambitions: recording a live album at the iconic Royal Albert Hall. Rita described the venue as a dream location for any musician and hopes to one day add her name to the list of artists who have performed and recorded there.
Away from the studio, the singer has been expanding her musical skills by learning to play the harmonica. She even revealed that Ronnie Wood has been giving her tips, while guitar lessons are next on her list.
Despite more than a decade in the spotlight, Rita says she continues to take singing and acting lessons, insisting that she never stops learning. The star remains dedicated to her craft and is determined to keep challenging herself creatively while surprising fans with new projects.
With fresh music on the horizon and a renewed outlook on her career, Rita Ora appears ready to enter an exciting new chapter—one that balances ambition with a healthier approach to success.
